I cannot make any suggestions on how to improve the care on this unit as every single person I came into contact including the lady on the reception desk gave me excellent care and treated me with great care and compassion.

Very impressed with care from reception to all nursing staff involved. Everyone introduced themselves by name & explained each procedure clearly.

Excellent service. Staff kept me well informed throughout every step. Always on hand and easy to talk to. Nice area to have a cuppa & biscuit as well!
